We take integrity seriously. Our conflict of interest policy helps ensure that decisions are always made in the best interest of our mission—not personal gain—by requiring transparency and accountability from our leadership and team.

Our whistleblower policy encourages staff, board members, and stakeholders to report concerns about misconduct, fraud, or violations of policy. We are committed to handling all reports promptly and confidentially, and we strictly prohibit retaliation against anyone who raises a concern in good faith.

We responsibly manage our records. Our document retention and destruction policy ensures important documents are kept as long as needed and securely destroyed when they’re no longer required—protecting both our organization and the people we serve.
